Join the Immigration Law Section’s Newer Lawyers Division on Wednesday, November 6 at 12:00 pm (ET). Panelists, Kevin A. Gregg, partner of Kurzban Kurzban Tetzeli and Pratt P.A., and host of the weekly immigration case law podcast Immigration Review, and Brad Banias, federal court immigration litigator and former DOJ trial attorney, will discuss the impact of the Supreme Court’s recent decision in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo on immigration litigation.

Kevin A. Gregg is the San Diego partner of Kurzban Kurzban Tetzeli and Pratt P.A. He is also the host of the weekly immigration case law podcast Immigration Review. Prior to joining KKTP, Kevin clerked for a U.S. District Judge in the Southern District of Florida and served as an Attorney Advisor in the San Diego Immigration Court.
Brad Banias, Banias Law LLC
Brad Banias is a solo practitioner in Charleston, South Carolina. He is also a founder of Pro Se Pro, LLC, a legal service company that assists pro se litigants in federal court. After law school, Brad clerked for a federal district court judge and then a federal circuit court judge, got an LLM, and worked as a trial attorney at the United States Department of Justice.
