Capitol Hill Chapter & FCSD: Cybersecurity for Lawyers: CISA, The Cyber Infrastructure Security Agency Discusses the Latest Developments in Cyber Law

Cybersecurity has become a priority for business entities, government agencies and law firms.  For legal counsel, advising your clients on the legal issues associated with cybersecurity attacks, government contracting and other data security risks clients has become a growing portion of your practice.  CISA, a new government agency was created to assist both private businesses and public sector entities with cybersecurity issues.  The CISA Legal Team will discuss what legal professions should know about current cybersecurity risks and key legislation such as the Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act affecting.
