Broward County & Palm Beach Chapters: 2020 Supreme Court Roundup CLE with US Court of Appeals Judge Michael P. Allen

The Broward Chapter is proud to co-sponsor with the Palm Beach Chapter a unique CLE with former Stetson Professor Michael P. Allen, who now serves as a Judge with the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims in Washington, D.C.
This event is back by popular demand, and Judge Allen will provide a round-up of the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2019-2020 term and recent key decisions. This year’s Supreme Court decisions covered a variety of topics including faithless electors, unanimous jury verdicts, sex discrimination and President Trump’s tax returns. This will be a very informative event providing insights into the current Supreme Court.
