Join us for an interactive roundtable among respected lawyers to discuss their experiences and share yours with one of the oldest and most effective admiralty tools. The speakers will be moderated by our CLE Chair, Charles Davant but the object is for attendees to have an open discussion, ask questions and discuss other issues affecting the defense bar.

About the Speakers
Jason R. Harris, Attorney at Law, Cranfill Sumner LLP
Jason R. Harris is an attorney in the Wilmington, North Carolina office of Cranfill Sumner LLP. He represents and advises clients in a variety of general litigation, admiralty, maritime, transportation and corporate matters. In his litigation practice, Jason frequently represents clients and insurers in first and third party maritime and transportation cases, including the defense and prosecution of serious bodily injuries, fatalities, casualties and construction disputes. In addition, Jason has extensive experience providing counsel to clients on corporate and risk management issues. He takes pride in offering clients efficient and effective results and business-minded solutions.
Craig P. Liszt, Attorney at Law, Horr, Novak & Skipp P.A.
Craig Liszt is board certified in Admiralty and Maritime law and is an active member of the Florida Bar. He has served on the Florida Bar’s Admiralty Law Committee for multiple terms and practices all aspects of maritime law throughout the state of Florida in both federal and state court.
He is admitted to the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
He is a member of the ABA, FBA, SEALI, Fort Lauderdale Mariner’s Club, Defense Research Institute, and Florida Defense Lawyers’ Association.
