2023 Supreme Court Admissions Ceremony
Join the Younger Lawyers Division of the Federal Bar Association for the 2023 Supreme Court Admissions Ceremony on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at the United States Supreme Court. Note: Applications were due in March.

A completed application consists of:
- The Application for Admission to Practice: The first page should be filled out online, completed in its entirety, and printed. Do not use “all caps.” The second page may be filled out online and printed or handwritten (if legible).
- Signatures: All should be original (wet) signatures from each of your two sponsors and applicant on the same page (note: scanned signatures are currently being accepted due to the pandemic).
- Certificate of Good Standing from the Supreme Court or highest court where you have been practicing for at least three years (electronic certificates are currently being accepted – with visible seal).
- $200.00 admission fee, via cashier’s check, money order or personal check made payable to “Supreme Court of the United States” and postdated for May 18, 2023.

Note: If you applied for last year’s cancelled event, you may use the same application, provided that you have not changed your residence and/or firm, and the certificate of good standing has not expired. If any information has changed or the certificate has expired, please update your application. Certificates are typically good for one year from the date of issuance.
The ceremony is limited to 50 applicants. Update: The court is now permitting guests, with a strict adherence to the rule one guest, per applicant.
