I practice at the intersection of intellectual property and advanced technology. As a patent attorney with a Computer Science degree and SaaS development background, I don’t just protect innovation—I understand how it’s built and how to use technology (including AI) to strengthen client strategy.
I work with international companies to protect, defend, and enforce their patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights—any IP need a client might have. I integrate artificial intelligence into my practice to accelerate analysis and enhance precision, contributing to strategies that have protected billions of dollars in client sales.
I represent clients in commercial matters nationwide, including in federal district courts, courts of appeals, and administrative bodies such as the International Trade Commission (ITC), PTAB, and TTAB. I am admitted to practice in MA, CT, NY, the USPTO, numerous federal courts, and the Supreme Court. I quickly learn new technologies and business models and excel at translating complex concepts into clear, persuasive narratives.
My experience spans IP portfolio management, brand protection, anti‑counterfeiting, due diligence, and licensing. I have prepared and prosecuted thousands of patent applications across technologies including software, medical devices, industrial machinery, electronics, business methods, AI, control systems, networking, cryptography, robotics, aerospace, autonomous vehicles, blockchain, power storage/generation, green tech, materials, food science, biotech/pharma, and consumer products. I am regularly engaged as a patent expert, including for invalidity and non‑infringement opinions.
As Chair of the Federal Bar Association’s IP Section, I frequently write and speak on emerging IP issues. My work across the full IP spectrum allows me to deliver integrated, business‑driven strategies that help clients protect innovation, mitigate risk, and compete globally.
