Nathan Olin is currently an elected National Director of the Federal Bar Association (2024-2026).
Nate is a founding partner of Olin Lippiello LLP, where he specializes in employment law, mainly representing all types of employees up and down the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts. Prior to creating his current law firm in 2017, Nate was a founding partner of Connor, Morneau & Olin, LLP, and early in his career was an associate at Robinson & Cole LLP in Hartford, Connecticut, where he focused on commercial litigation. In between, Nate spent more than a decade as a career law clerk at Western Division of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts where, among other tasks, he was the pro bono coordinator.
Nate’s FBA work began as an officer and National Council Delegate of the Massachusetts Chapter and the creator of a Western Division of that chapter. Nationally, Nate has also been a member of the Employment Law Section, the Judiciary Division, and the Government Relations Committee, along with numerous other ad hoc committees and task forces. For six years, Nate served on the Sections and Divisions Council and was the Council’s chair from 2020-2023. In his free time, Nate enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and hanging out with friends in Gloucester.
