Mr. Barbre maintains a diverse civil litigation practice, with a focus on commercial and business matters. He is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State Courts, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Professional & Community Service:
Mr. Barbre is a member of the Federal Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, and Baton Rouge Bar Association, and a Fellow in the Louisiana Bar Foundation. He currently serves the FBA as a 5th Circuit Vice President. He served in the officer positions of the Baton Rouge Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and served as President of Baton Rouge Chapter of the Federal Bar Association (2017).
Mr. Barbre currently serves as a board member of the Louisiana Bar Foundation. He is also a member of the board of directors for Manners of the Heart. He serves in various contributing roles at St. Michael High School, Baton Rouge.

Mr. Barbre was a high school teacher and coach after receiving his undergraduate degree. He continues to utilize that background and training to mentor new attorneys. He is married to his wife of sixteen years, Nikki, and has two sons, Benjamin and Anthony.
