Dorothy McGee currently serves as a term law clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Newman in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Dorothy is a member of the FBA National Membership Committee and the FBA Judiciary Division’s Federal Judicial Law Clerk Committee. Dorothy earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in law school, Dorothy interned for the Honorable Frank D. Whitney in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. She also served as Senior Articles Editor of the North Carolina Journal of Law & Technology and was a competing member on the Holderness Moot Court Appellate Advocacy Team.
