Thank you for accepting a complimentary membership in the Federal Bar Association, the Voice of the Federal Bar and Bench. We are dedicated to promoting the welfare, interests, education, and professional development of all those involved in federal law.

There are no annual dues for Clerk of Court Associate membership, to your local chapter, and to the Judiciary Division. Complimentary membership auto-renews every year, but joining additional Sections or Divisions will incur an annual dues cost as applicable. Please allow up to two-weeks for processing.

Start the Join process HERE — click the “Set Up an Account” tab at our login screen to create your FBA account login, go on to complete your FBA profile, and then obtain Clerk of Court membership (during the join process, please select Bench/Court as Membership-type).

ELIGIBILITY
The “Clerk of Court,” “Deputy Clerk,” “Divisional Clerk,” or “Executive” of a Federal court established under Article I or Article III of the Constitution of the United States or a tribal court of record, or his or her designee, and who is not admitted to the practice of law before a Federal court, or a court of record in any of the several states, commonwealths, territories or possessions of the United States or in the District of Columbia is eligible to become a Clerk of Court associate of the Association. Judicial career law clerks must join the FBA as a standard professional member.
