Devin Driscoll

Devin is a litigator and appellate lawyer with a practice at the intersection of business, environmental, eminent domain and other property disputes.

He represents clients in enforcement proceedings brought by state and federal regulators. He also advises a wide range of industrial, energy and commercial clients regarding environmental liability issues. Devin handles eminent-domain matters for both landowners and utilities. And he works with developers and commercial real-estate clients on a wide variety of property litigation.

Before joining Fredrikson, Devin served as judicial law clerk to Chief Judge John R. Tunheim of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and to Associate Justice David L. Lillehaug of the Minnesota Supreme Court. He also worked as a judicial extern to Magistrate Judge Franklin Noel in the District of Minnesota as a law clerk in the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office. These experiences provided Devin insight into the trial and appellate systems of Minnesota’s state and federal courts, which help him effectively advocate for clients.
