I’ve joined JAMS and the American Arbitration Association after a distinguished nearly 20-year career as an administrative judge with the U.S. Department of Justice, including serving in the labor area for ten years. While I presided over thousands of administrative proceedings, I also managed a civil administrative docket comprising over 3,000 cases. While on the bench, I held many leadership roles, including president of the IFPTE Judicial Council 2 (NAIJ), Chair of the ABA Judicial Division (National Conference of the Administrative Law Judiciary), Board of Directors of the Federal Bar Association, Vice President for Publications of the National Association of Women Judges, and Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law School.
