David Wemhoff holds an AB in Government, a Juris Doctor (JD), and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International and Comparative Law. Mr. Wemhoff is in the private practice of law in South Bend, Indiana. He taught Business Law, Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, American Government, Constitutional Law, and State and Local Law at two universities. Mr. Wemhoff has been a member of the International Law Section and Chair of the International Trade and Customs Law committee since 2015.
