Andrew Loewenstein is a litigation Partner in Holland & Knight LLP’s West Palm Beach office. He concentrates his practice in complex healthcare, business, and labor and employment matters. Andrew also represents insureds and underwriters in connection with transactional risk products, including the issuances of representations and warranties (R&W) insurance policies. Andrew’s clients range from startups to multinational corporations, and include insurers, healthcare organizations, financial institutions and a variety of business interests.
Andrew has been an active participant in the FBA for over a decade. Andrew served as the Palm Beach Chapter President, Vice President and Treasurer (2022-2025). Andrew also served as the chair and vice-chair of the FBA’s National Civics, Service and Outreach Committee (2022-2025) and was inducted as a fellow of the Foundation of the Federal Bar Association in 2023.
