BRIAN L. LERNER is a Board Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law. He is the Chair of the Labor & Employment Group of Kim Vaughan Lerner LLP, where he represents businesses in claims made for discrimination, harassment, leave, overtime, and retaliation. Additionally, Mr. Lerner represents businesses in matters relating to theft of trade secrets and enforcement of non-compete, confidentiality, and non-solicitation agreements. Mr. Lerner also assists businesses with auditing employment practices, counseling on workplace issues, and drafting and reviewing comprehensive employee policy manuals.
