The Tampa Bay Chapter will host a Q&A-style webinar aimed at offering attorneys practical strategies to elevate their writing from competent to compelling. The judicial perspective from Judges Robin Rosenbaum and Embry Kidd (United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit) will give attendees unique insight into what argument styles capture positive attention from the bench and resonate to achieve a successful outcome. That discussion may also include a segment on what approaches fail. Daniella Lee (Epstein Becker Green) and Alison Preston (Creed & Gowdy) will moderate.
