Oklahoma City Chapter: Virtual CLE – Reflections on McGrit v. Oklahoma

The Oklahoma City Chapter of the Federal Bar Association is pleased to offer a virtual CLE addressing the Supreme Court’s landmark decision in McGirt v. Oklahoma, which held that the State of Oklahoma lacked jurisdiction to prosecute major crimes with the boundaries of the Creek reservation. A distinguished panel will discuss the history of the case and its significance:

- Oklahoma Solicitor General Mithun Mansinghani
- TaiawagiHelton, W. DeVierPierson Professor of Law at the University of Oklahoma College of Law
The session will conclude with a 15-minute Q&A for the presenters.
