Oklahoma City Chapter: CLE – Trump, Colorado, and the Fourteenth Amendment: Unpacking Trump v. Anderson

In this one-hour CLE, Professors Mansinghani and Merchant will present an overview and analysis of the U.S. Supreme Court case Trump v. Anderson. This legal battle involves the State of Colorado’s conclusion that former President Donald J. Trump is disqualified from the 2024 primary election ballot. The basis of Colorado’s decision hinges on the interpretation of the Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3 of the United States Constitution.
