- Featuring the presentation of the Annual JUDGE ALICEMARIE H. STOTLER AWARD to KENNETH W. BABCOCK (Retired Executive Director, Public Law Center)
- Hon. Philip S. Gutierrez, Chief Judge, U.S. District Court, Central District of California, will discuss the state of the District and install the officers and directors.
