Webinar: Being an Inclusive Leader

May 31, 2023 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

This presentation will provide attorneys with an overview of the practical steps to pursue justice and equity. Specifically, it will provide a pathway to effect change through reflecting on and grappling with unconscious and implicit biases, encouraging honest discussions, and taking action to change organizational behavior for the better. By the end of this CLE, attorneys will be able to apply these newly gained competencies to improve workplace relations, increase positive morale, and work towards the betterment of society.

Presented by the Federal Bar Association’s Younger Lawyer’s Division and D&I Committee
