About the Presenter
Prof. James O’Reilly teaches MD/MPH students in the Division of Public Health of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. His 54 textbooks include the standard reference work on pharmaceuticals, West’s 3-volume “Food & Drug Administration” quoted by the U.S. Supreme Court as “The experts have written…” Prior to entering academia he served as Associate General Counsel for The Procter & Gamble Company, and he is a city councilman and a leader in the regional council of governments in the Cincinnati region.
