Qui Tam Section: [VIRTUAL] How to De-Escalate Conflict in FCA Litigation
The panel will be comprised of a federal judge, relator’s counsel, defense counsel, a mediator, and a psychologist. The topics will include discussion of specific techniques to de-escalate conflict in discovery, depositions, mediations and at trial. We will also explore the psychology behind why conflict escalates and what happens to our brains and bodies when we are in conflict situations. We will discuss specific techniques to bring our minds and bodies back to baseline and gain our composure.
