Join us for the Maine Chapter’s Meeting on June 11, from 12:00 to 1:30 PM, at the offices of Preti Flaherty in Portland and by Zoom. Such meeting shall be held for the election of officers and the conduct of other business, and will include a presentation by the Honorable Peter G. Cary, US Bankruptcy Judge, and the Honorable John C. Nivison, US Magistrate Judge, regarding best practices for court settlement conferences.
The Maine Board of Bar Overseers has approved this program for 1.25 CLE credits.
