Nicolas Burnosky

Nicolas (Nick) Burnosky is a Labor & Employment associate in the Orlando office of BakerHostetler, where his practice focuses on employment litigation and advising businesses—including hospitality businesses—on compliance with federal employment laws such as the Fair Labor Standards Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. Prior to entering private practice, Nick clerked for the Honorable Joel H. Slomsky of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, with whom he also previously interned. While in law school, Nick interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Nick earned his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he concentrated in Litigation and Dispute Resolution and served as Managing Editor of Student Works for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. He received his B.A. from Temple University. Nick regularly practices before federal courts, is active in the Federal Bar Association and other bar organizations, and participates in pro bono service through the Orange County Guardian ad Litem Program
