Message from the Chair
Welcome to the Corporate and Association Counsel Division (CACD)! We invite you to be a member of our Division which includes professionals from various industry sectors: finance, health care, intellectual property, insurance, transportation and shipping and delivery. Our membership also includes professionals in private practice, litigation, and in-house. With such a diverse membership, we cover various topics in our CACD newsletter (Corporate Articles), which features work from our members. We always welcome suggestions regarding programs, services and resources you would like to see from the Division and encourage you to participate and be active either by submitting articles for our Corporate Articles or ideas for a new program/CLE. If you are not currently a member of the CACD, we welcome your involvement in our diverse group of professionals.
