The Iowa Chapter of the FBA recently helped sponsor an event for the visiting Ukranian delegation. Bob Gainer, along with United States Trustee for Region 12, Habbo Fokkena, presented on the topic of Bankruptcy. The visiting Ukranian Judges were part of the Rule of Law section of the Open World Leadership Program. The Federal Judiciary for the Southern District of Iowa has been participating in this exchange of culture and ideas since 2004.
