Browning Award and Fredric F. Kay Distinguished Service Award.<\/p>\n<h2>Honorable William D. Browning Award<\/h2>\n<p>The Honorable William D. Browning Award acknowledges Judge Browning\u2019s leadership in forming the Tucson Chapter and establishes a link between the Tucson Chapter and the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona.<\/p>\n<p>The Tucson Chapter awards scholarships, in the name of Judge Browning, to the top two first year law students who excelled in the study of constitutional law, as selected by Constitutional Law Professors, in the name of Judge Browning. England, Christopher D. Holt and Sarah R. Meadows\n    <\/li>\n<li>1999 \u2013 Thomas Barnard, Christopher Chrisman, Peter Culp, and Karl Widell <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Fredric F. Kay Distinguished Service to the District of Arizona Award<\/h2>\n<p>The Fredric F. Kay Distinguished Service to the District of Arizona Award is named for former Federal Public Defender Fred Kay, who served in the Federal Public Defender\u2019s office from 1971 to 2004.
