SUMMARY:CANCELLED: 2020 Rising Professionals Symposium
DESCRIPTION:After much discussion\, the Board of the Federal Bar Association has made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel the Leadership Summit and Centennial Celebration and all affiliated events including the Rising Professionals Symposium next week in Washington\, DC because of the growing concerns surrounding COVID-19. We are disappointed that we cannot celebrate the FBA’s 100th anniversary with you\, and we know that you are disappointed too. We are in the process of determining the appropriate next steps for the symposium and FBA staff will contact all participants as soon as these are confirmed. \nOnce these arrangements are announced\, we will provide information on refunds. Please note that for all attendees\, air reservations must be cancelled by the individual who booked the reservations. It is up to the individual airlines to determine whether they will waive change fees or issue credits for the tickets.  Room reservations at The Watergate were cancelled by the hotel.  Please contact Caitlin Rider (crider@fedbar.org) if you have questions or issues relating to your reservation at The Watergate Hotel. \nThank you for your support of our programs.
