DESCRIPTION:Expert witnesses can make – or break – a case. This panel will discuss recent changes in federal procedural and evidentiary rules relating to these critical witnesses; how practitioners can advance their clients’ claims though expert testimony; and how to ensure that courts exercise their gatekeeping role to allow or exclude expert testimony.
