Holloway, Jr. Lecture Series<\/strong><\/p>\n
In 2006, the Chapter introduced, as an annual feature event, the William J. Holloway, Jr. Lecture Series. The Chapter created the Lecture Series to honor William J. Holloway, Jr., Senior Judge, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Erwin Chemerinksy, renown legal scholar and current Founding Dean of University of California, Irvine School of Law, delivered the inaugural lecture. Following this inaugural lecture, the Chapter has continued to attract prestigious members of the bench and bar from around the nation to deliver scholarly addresses. The annual lecture is a much anticipated and well-attended event by both FBA members and non-members. As a tribute to Judge Holloway, many of his former law clerks and colleagues on the bench participate. The Lecture Series was founded by the Honorable Robert E. Bacharach, United States Circuit Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
