Holloway Scholars Program

The Oklahoma City Chapter of the Federal Bar Association is proud to announce the establishment of The William J. Holloway, Jr. Scholarship Program, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization that provides scholarship opportunities to law students through the Holloway Scholars Program. These scholarship recipients, the “Holloway Scholars,” demonstrate high levels of commitment to civility, professionalism, academic excellence, and community involvement. The Oklahoma City Chapter of the FBA originally established the Program in 2011 in honor of William J. Holloway, Jr., Senior Judge of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, whose kindness, integrity and high standards of excellence have guided and inspired the legal community in the Tenth Circuit for over 40 years. The Chapter continues to support the William J. Holloway, Jr. Scholarship Program, Inc., established in 2018, and recognizes the scholarship recipients at the Chapter’s annual Holloway Lecture Series.
