SUMMARY:Qui Tam Section: [VIRTUAL] Pandemic Fraud Update\, Part 1: Actions Against Fintechs and Banks
DESCRIPTION:**Program hosted in (ET) time zone** \nThis September\, the Qui Tam Section will present a two-part series on developments relating to pandemic relief fraud. \nOn Sept. 20\, 2023\, this first panel will examine DOJ’s response to date involving borrower liability as well as the possibility of DOJ action against financial institutions and fintechs that processed pandemic-relief loans.
