SUMMARY:Webinar: Being an Inclusive Leader
DESCRIPTION:This presentation will provide attorneys with an overview of the practical steps to pursue justice and equity. Specifically\, it will provide a pathway to effect change through reflecting on and grappling with unconscious and implicit biases\, encouraging honest discussions\, and taking action to change organizational behavior for the better.
