Brown\, owner of In Agreement Dispute Resolution LLC\, is an Employment Mediator\, External Ombuds\, and Corporate Consultant in the field of Dispute Resolution. She is also a Certified Integrative Health Coach\, Speaker\, and Bestselling and Award-Winning Author under the PEN Aria Craig. \nHerschenia’s education includes a Master of Business Administration; Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution (from Pepperdine University); Bachelor of Science in Technical Management; and Board Certification in Mental Health Coaching. She also currently serves as the Tri-Chair of Membership for the Federal Bar Association’s ADR Section and on the Advisory Board for the National Workplace Bullying Coalition (NWBC). \nHer career has spanned from financial operations to project management where she led teams for multi-million dollar corporate projects\, created cost-saving initiatives\, resolved internal disputes\, and helped organizations stay in compliance. Now\, she has shifted to working with employees and employers to implement methods for resolving internal conflict and improving workplace culture through three separate solutions: Ombuds\, Mediation\, and Corporate Consulting. \nWhile working on establishing her own brand\, Herschenia spent some of her free time writing books under the PEN Aria Craig\, which earned her awards and placed her on the Amazon bestseller’s list in five parenting categories. Her books build bravery\, resilience\, and empowerment for moms struggling with the stressors of being single\, divorced\, or in a blended family dynamic; as well as children dealing with social issues\, such as bullying. \nConnor Bifferato \nIan (“Connor”) Bifferato has been a practicing member of the Bar of the Delaware Supreme Court\, United States District Court for the District of Delaware and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit for more than 25 years. Connor focuses his practice on\ncomplex litigation\, including commercial\, environmental\, commercial bankruptcy and significant toxic exposure tort cases\, as well as alternative dispute resolution in all of these practice areas. \nWith a success rate of greater than ninety percent\, Connor has mediated hundreds of commercial and complex litigation disputes\, including matters pending in all Delaware state and federal Courts as well appeals from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District\nof Delaware. Connor mediates matters pending in the United States Bankruptcy Courts\, such as secured lender disputes\, preference litigation and creditors rights issues. He also frequently serves as an arbitrator for single and triple panel\, binding and non-binding commercial arbitrations. \nExperienced as lead counsel in complex litigation\, Connor also frequently teams with lawyers from around the country and internationally who need access to Delaware’s Courts\, which are renowned as a primary forum for national and international corporate and complex litigation. \nJudge Christopher S. Sontchi \nChristopher S. Sontchi is an International Judge of the Singapore International Commercial Court and is the former Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (from which he recently retired). He is a frequent speaker in the United States and abroad on issues relating to corporate reorganizations. He is a Lecturer in Law at The University of Chicago Law School and has taught restructuring to international judges through the auspices of the World Bank and INSOL International. He is also a member of the International Insolvency Institute\, Judicial Insolvency Network\, National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges\, American Bankruptcy Institute and INSOL International. He was recently appointed to the International Advisory Council of the Singapore Global Restructuring Initiative\, and the Founders’ Committee for The University of Chicago Law School’s Center on Law and Finance. \nJudge Sontchi has testified before Congress on the safe harbors for financial contracts. He has also published articles on creditors’ committees\, valuation\, asset sales and safe harbors. \nJudge Sontchi attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and obtained a B.A. with distinction in Political Science. He received his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School\, after which he returned to his native Delaware to serve as a law clerk in the Delaware Supreme Court. \nAmy Boyle \nAmy Boyle currently serves as the Chair Elect of the National Board of Directors for the Federal Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and the Programming Co-Chair for the Federal Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. Amy is a Founding Partner at MJSB Employment Justice in Minneapolis\, Minnesota. She handles all types of employment matters\, with a particular focus on representing women who have experienced sex discrimination\, sexual harassment and assault\, and retaliation at work and whistleblower clients who have reported illegal workplace practices or companies engaged in deceitful conduct. As a member of the Minnesota Women Lawyers\, Amy is also the Co-Chair of its Judicial Initiative. \nAngela Eastman \nAngela Eastman is the Chair of the Federal Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. She is currently employed as Associate General Counsel for Asante Health System and Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law. Prior to her current employment positions\, Angela worked in private practice for several years providing legal counsel and regulatory compliance services to various health and insurance organizations.
