SUMMARY:2022 Hybrid Leadership Summit
DESCRIPTION:Join the Federal Bar Association this spring for a gathering of association leadership and its members. SUMMARY:Lafayette-Acadiana Chapter: Bankruptcy and Mudbugs: A Seminar Highlighting Important Bankruptcy Concepts Every Attorney Should Know [With Crawfish and Beverages on the Side]
DESCRIPTION:Regardless of your practice area\, at some point in your legal career you will likely cross paths with bankruptcy law. These intersections may range from advising clients contemplating bankruptcy\, to those who have claims against a debtor\, to those who may have been sued in bankruptcy court by a trustee for the recovery of a preferential transfer or fraudulent conveyance.
