DESCRIPTION:**Program hosted in (ET) Time Zone** \nPreserving issues for appellate review is at the heart of both trial and appellate practice. And due to the numerous and unpredictable circumstances of trial\, complying with federal preservation rules can often add unwelcome stress and complications to effective trial advocacy.
