DESCRIPTION:**Program hosted in (ET) Time Zone** \nWhile False Claims Act practitioners are typically familiar with the many qui tam matters that arise in programs such as health care and procurement\, niche agencies less familiar FCA investigations do receive allegations of FCA violations involving their programs. Our panelists will discuss how to work with agency personnel investigating a qui tam complaint or other FCA allegations at agencies with lower volumes of FCA matters.
