DESCRIPTION:**Program is hosted in (ET) time zone** \nThis panel will feature two bankruptcy judges\, Relator’s counsel\, and a DOJ trial attorney discussing the strategies and pitfalls when a False Claims Act case lands in bankruptcy court. The panelists will explain bankruptcy basics for the uninitiated\, including what it means to be a creditor\, and then discuss FCA cases when either a relator files for bankruptcy or when a defendant files for bankruptcy\, including how to address cases that are still under seal.
