Murphy U.S. Courthouse in Minneapolis\, Minnesota. This program is sponsored by the Federal Bar Association Federal Litigation Section and Younger Lawyers Division. \nOur speakers include MDL Panel Judge R. David Proctor from the Northern District of Alabama and Professor Jaime L. Dodge\, Director of The Institute for Complex Litigation and Mass Claims at Emory University School of Law in Atlanta. Participating judges from the District of Minnesota include Chief Judge John R. Tunheim\, Judge Michael J. Davis\, Judge Donovan W. Frank\, Judge Joan N.
