(a former clerk to Judge Harry Pregerson and a partner in the law firm of Morrison & Foerster)\, CDCA Judge Dean Pregerson\, as joined by his sister\, Katie Rodan will discuss Judge Pregerson’s judicial philosophy\, and specific cases including Sullivan v. Ins.; the Robert Alton Harris case; and Judge Harry Pregerson’s handling of conscientious objection cases during the Vietnam era draft. They will also look at Judge Pregerson’s role as an ethical leader on and off the bench.
