SUMMARY:Dayton Chapter: Ethical Responsibilities in Representing Corporate Clients
DESCRIPTION:While many lawyers represent organizations or are engaged in litigation with organizations\, these engagements raise unique ethical issues. Fundamentally\, who is your client? From whom can you take direction? With whom are you allowed to speak? What are your obligations in communicating with former employees of an entity that has counsel? What are you able to do when your client has problems in jurisdictions where you are not admitted to practice?
