The panel will include discussion of procedures ranging from extreme injuries in Chapter 7 cases through several of the unusual procedures implemented in the mass-tort Chapter 11 cases that are becoming more common.   \nRegister Now!\nPresented by the Federal Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Law Section \n\nPresenters\n London England\, Attorney\, Reed Smith LLP \nLondon concentrates her practice on representing both individuals and corporations in high stakes litigation and bankruptcy proceedings. London represents chapter 11 debtors\, creditors\, and trustees\, and focuses a large portion of her practice on the representation of state and federal equity receivers. In addition\, London litigates regulatory and government enforcement actions\, corporate disputes\, and bet-the-company cases for companies across the country.   \nLondon serves on the Federal Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Law Section Committee and the Young Professionals Committee for the National Association of Federal Equity Receivers.  A magna cum laude graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law\, London clerked for Judge Priest Johnson in the Eastern District of Texas before joining private practice.     \n \nAndrew Ballentine\, Attorney\, Cornerstone Law  \nAndrew S. Ballentine is a senior associate in Cornerstone Law Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. An experienced commercial litigator\, Andrew focuses his practice on civil litigation including representation of small and mid-size corporations\, commercial landlords\, and lenders. He also represents creditors in Chapter 7\, 13\, and 11 bankruptcy cases or adversary proceedings. Andrew has extensive experience representing businesses and individuals on a wide range of litigated matters in Florida and federal courts. Andrew represents creditors on Unsecured Creditor Committees in large\, complex Chapter 11 bankruptcies\, as well as Bankruptcy Trustees.   \n Prior to joining Cornerstone Law Firm\, Andrew worked for a large regional law firm as part of a team of more than 300 lawyers. His experience also includes serving as a law clerk for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.   \n In 2019\, Andrew was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit.
