This is against the backdrop of the agency’s increasingly central role in protecting U.S. industry from unfairly traded imported products. This webinar will cover the unique procedural aspects of ITC litigation\, benefits of the ITC venue over district court\, exclusion of infringing imports from the U.S. market and potentially elevated role of the ITC during the coming presidential administration. \nPresented by the FBA’s Intellectual Property Law Section \n  \nRegister Today!\n  \nAbout the Presenters:\n Beau Jackson\, Partner\, Husch Blackwell LLP \nBeau Jackson leads Husch Blackwell’s Section 337 ITC practice\, and assists clients with a variety of other international business issues. Beau has an extensive\, proven record of success in some of the most high-profile ITC cases. He also works on antidumping and countervailing duty matters before the ITC and U.S. Department of Commerce\, as well as litigation and appeals before the U.S. Court of International Trade and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She has counseled clients on all aspects of intellectual property and various business agreements with an emphasis on litigation. Padmaja has extensively litigated cases in federal courts from inception of suit through trial and appeal. Her cases span many industries with a particular focus on the technology field and Hatch-Waxman ANDA litigation. She has successfully defended patents in IPR proceedings and advised clients on ITC matters.
