DESCRIPTION:The United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio Federal Practice Seminar is open to all attorneys\, including those already admitted to practice in the Southern District of Ohio and those seeking admission. This seminar is specially designed for lawyers seeking admission to practice in the Southern District of Ohio. Speakers will discuss practice before the District Judges and Magistrate Judges\, and practice in Bankruptcy Court. Speakers will also discuss the Local Rules\, the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure\, and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. \nAll attorneys seeking admission to the bar of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio must attend one such seminar. It is offered twice per year in Cincinnati.
