SUMMARY:Younger Lawyers Division: Bar Trivia Tournament Networking Event
DESCRIPTION:[May 5th | 6:30 PM ET & 6:30 PM PT] \nThe FBA YLD is proud to sponsor the first annual Bar Trivia Tournament Networking Event. All FBA Sections\, Divisions\, and Chapters\, as well as individuals and their friends and colleagues\, are encouraged to sponsor teams to compete for cash prizes and even more valuable bragging rights. Round 1 will take place on Thursday\, May 5th and Round 2 on Thursday\, May 19th. For the first two rounds\, there will be an East Coast and West Coast session\, which will begin at 6:30 pm ET and PT\, respectively. The top 10 combined points totals from Rounds 1 and 2 will be eligible to compete for the grand prize in the Final Round on Thursday\, June 5th. There will also be smaller prizes for the top scoring team for each preliminary session. Most courtrooms are now outfitted with electronic evidence presentation systems\, video-conferencing capability\, infrared headphones for hearing assistance and translation\,\nreal-time court\, reporting\, telephone interpreting and “smart” counsel tables.
