DESCRIPTION:The Federal Bar Association\, SDNY Chapter along with co-sponsors the Weschester Black Bar Association\, Westchester County Bar Association\, the Westchester Women’s Bar Association and the White Plains Bar Association present a CLE program on sexual harassment in the workplace and a review of the governing federal and New York State laws. \nThe panel includes attorneys from federal and state agencies\, in-house counsel and employer and employee representatives. The program will be moderated by the Hon. Judith C.
