{"id":6,"date":"2019-10-29T02:59:28","date_gmt":"2019-10-29T02:59:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fedbar.org\/dayton-chapter\/\/dayton-chapter\/message-from-the-president\/"},"modified":"2022-05-23T17:32:44","modified_gmt":"2022-05-23T17:32:44","slug":"message-from-the-president","status":"hidden","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.fedbar.org\/dayton-chapter\/dayton-chapter\/message-from-the-president\/","title":{"rendered":"Message From The President"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It is with pride and humility that I assume the post of Dayton Chapter President for the 2019-20 fiscal year.\u00a0 With around 100 members and growing, the Dayton Chapter may not be the largest FBA Chapter as far as total membership, but we nevertheless strive to be one of the most active, collegial, and supportive Chapters in the United States.\u00a0 Many of our members have been and remain active in the Federal Bar Association nationally and we encourage all members, new and seasoned, to be actively engaged both locally and nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>Since joining the Dayton Chapter many years ago, I have been fortunate to work with a number of extraordinary judges and lawyers in advancing the FBA\u2019s mission and its initiatives.\u00a0 As we ring in a new year, I would like to thank all of our members for your contribution to the Chapter and look forward to the active engagement of our membership for years to come.\u00a0 Because of all your efforts, it is my hope that 2020 will be our best year yet.<\/p>\n<p>With best regards,<\/p>\n<p>Michael N.
