I am the Chair for the 2024-2025 year. Our officers are Bankruptcy Judge Elizabeth L. Gunn, who is Chair-Elect, Andrew S. Ballentine, who is our Treasurer and Jon Lieberman, who is our Secretary.<\/p>\n<p>The Bankruptcy Law Section is committed to engaging all our members in our section\u2019s activities. For 2024-2025, we will continue providing\u00a0many CLE opportunities: in September, 2024 we presented a CLE at the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges in Seattle, Washington, and we are scheduling three online CLE programs for fall, 2024. I encourage you to reach out to law students and lawyers in your district to advise them regarding the opportunity to participate in our section. Our section also has had a very successful student scholar program, in which we give law students input on their bankruptcy research papers, and we will be continuing the program this year. Chief Bankruptcy Judge Alan S. Trust is spearheading this project. Be on the lookout for future announcements.<\/p>\n<p>Please feel free to contact me with any comments or suggestions you might have.
