- All subscription and related correspondence should be

- Subscription prices are inclusive of all shipping and
handling charges.
- If payment is received in the middle of a subscription
year, all previously published issues will be sent to the subscriber upon
receipt of payment. All subscriptions will automatically expire on Dec.
31 of each year, and subscribers will be notified for renewal purposes.
- Claims for missing volumes and single issues will be
honored so long as they are made within 18 months of the publication date.
The Federal Bar Association cannot guarantee the fulfillment of claims
made after this period. All claims subject to issue availability. If no
past record of subscription cn be found, proof of payment will be required.
Claims will be filled only once.
