Mid-day Program Featuring Major General William Suter, Clerk of the Supreme Court
There will be a short presentation and the Major General Suter will swear in candidates for admission to the Supreme Court of the U.S.

Location: The courtroom of Hon. Terry R. Means.
Cost (includes lunch): $20 for FBA members/ $30 for nonmembers

If you want to participate in the ceremony and be admitted to SCUSA, provide a completed application packet and a separate check for $100.00, payable to “U.S. Supreme Court,” to: Russell Devenport, McDonald Sanders, P.C., 777 Main Street, Suite 1300, Fort Worth, Texas 76102 or contact him at rdevenport@mcdonaldlaw.com.

All application packets must be submitted together, so please have all information to Russell Devenport no later than Friday, July 13, 2007.

As part of your application packet, you will need a certificate in good standing from the Texas Supreme Court. For that certificate, send a request to "Clerk of the Supreme Court" at P.O. Box 12248, Austin, Texas 78711-2248 with a self addressed, postage paid envelope. Send Express service to 201 West 14th St., Room 104, Austin, Texas 78751.
